Power Plate exercises Series Part 1
We are starting here a new training series based on the great Power Plate machines. If you are not familiarized with them you can check them out here.
This first part consists of eleven simple to medium dificulty exercises that you can do on your own home, office, studio or whatever place you chose for it. They are all modulars, so you can work with several of them depending which muscle areas you want to target on the same workout session.
In the next parts you-ll find also a great cardio workout routine you can perform with the Power Plate my5 for as long as 25 minutes… and it rocks. Keep training till then!
