The Cardio Cruiser by Body By Jake is a well developed fitness machine that looks like a light chair, while actually fulfills the functions of an elliptical machine with a strong emphasis on the cardio workout. It was conceived as the union of three of the most used gym exercises, putting together the cardio and legs workout of the recumbrent bike, the upper body tonning of the elliptical and the lower body action of the exercise stair climbing. All in one, it results a very easy to use machine, providing lots of cardio training in one simple equipment piece.
